Wall Display Letters and Wall Display Logos. 3D characters made for fitting onto walls, made from polystyrene or styrofoam. Letters and logos may be made in any font or design up to 1000mm high by 150mm thick. Characters may be covered in vinyl faced card or matt vinyl emulsion painted.

BIG 3D LETTERS

Polystyrene Letters

For large letters or numbers over 1200mm high we manufacture 3D letters in Impact font only. 2400mm is the maximum height available, 200mm thick or 300mm thick. Big letters or numbers may be painted in vinyl matt emulsion matched to either RAL or Pantone colour charts. We only use Dulux vinyl matt emulsion. Letters and numbers may also be coated in glitter.

The number 25 was coated in two layers of silver glitter. We used 3kg of glitter to cover them.

We use the Impact font where ever possible because it is one of the most efficient ways of making a letter or number while using the least amount of polystyrene, meaning you can achieve a larger letter on a single sheet of polystyrene and it also travels better because they are easier to box and deliver.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxImperialCollege, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxImperialCollege event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. Large Painted Polystyrene Shapes

3D Lettering logos for Exhibitions, 3D Objects, ,

large painted polystyrene shapes for an exhibition display. Top half had a letter shape with the bottom half being a block with a section taken out to hold products for display purposes. The polystyrene was given three layers of paint to produce the required finish. Approximate size of each shape 1000mm wide by 2000mm high by 300mm thick.
